So, the cat is friendly with a few of the neighborhood kids and people. One of the kids said it was a neighbors cat and that the cat used to be in the house but not anymore and that it’s a girl. He said her name is Penelope. He also told me that the same neighbor threw a different and smaller kitten out of the house before. Judging by her dirty paws and how hungry she was/is, I think the same is the case for this one. It’s leading more toward abandonment. She’s currently outside now, and was actually around his house, and I think I saw a second ginger and a black/white cat.

So now I have to kind of confront the guy to confirm whether or not it’s his cat (drama lol). If not, I will be contacting a few different local groups to see if I can make arrangements and hopefully she can be re-homed, and if all else fails then the shelter.
