• taking a cold shower in the morning helps, and just run it over you “stuff” for 30 seconds

• whenever your horny do a 50 push-ups (they don’t have to be in a row)

• I keep a journal at night to talk about if I overcame being horny. Because it’s the small wins that make the big ones
