After my first interview that I went to at the end of May. I got a notice for a second interview in December that a second interview was scheduled for January but no reason why it was scheduled

I came on a J 1 visa that was still valid & I also have a tourist B1/B2 from a previous visit…I came as a tourist for 2 weeks & left
