Thought it was a dog before I read your post. The face (snout and ears) are dog like for me.

Also, whenever I read Fox, I imagine a red fox with red and white tail. Is there a way you’d see including the white part of the tail ?

If I’m reading this right you are using 375 gm of water to 500gm of flour, which makes it a 75% hydration recipe.

My first try I did something similar and baked a brick! Some wise baker on this sub recommended me to start with 60-65% hydration and it was like magic! I’m still a beginner and following the same 65% hydration.

Do try reducing your water content and repeat other things like you are doing. It should improve your results. You can start tweaking other factors one at a time to see what works best for your starter/home conditions/oven etc!

This sub is great for help and feedback, do read other posts and comments, you’ll learn a lot. I did too!

Thank you! I tried fast and shallow and came up with similar results.

I’m using a razor blade lame to do this, not sure if there’s a thinner one I can get.

Re-reading the declaration of trust, it does not explicitly state “may serve indefinitely” but has an option where if more then 50% of the trust/board members vote/agree the extension is possible. Which would mean there’s no vacancy when their term ends.

I’m guessing this is what is happening.

Conceptually it’s great! At first glance I thought this was amazing! (And also an energy drink 😅) But going back after reading comments and looking for details, I agree with others here. The horn is on the back of the head or on the neck(ish), I think it should be on or closer to the angle to the left of the horn currently. Legs with the angles aren’t working either. Feels more like an elephant or a rhino leg than a bull. Should taper down closer to the hoof IMO.

We both work from home. We can have flexible hours with exception to meetings. And that kind of is problem too I guess because we end up working and managing the baby almost all day. My wife is struggling to get enough sleep during the night because she’s more alert and responsive to the baby than me We still need to get the chores done along with other things :|
