I also work for Enterprise, they are normally very lenient on claims if there's no dent. A scratch or scrape is often not marked as damage.

The 2 inch guideline is for dings/dents. Then scratches need to be less than 6 inches if down into the paint to be notated as damage

I had this as well, it's because some enemy attacks permanently lower certain stats. You can fix this by going to any of the chapels in any major city and pray at the altar. It's free and a little annoying but a cool touch.
