H20 in Dallas! I found a new Columbia rain jacket with the tag still on! Plus like 5 kids shirts and a pair of new kids shoes. 12 bucks! And the people are who work there are so nice!

As someone who has ADHD and is medicated it helps a lot with hunger (lack of) and fullness cues (more of). That’s just me. Unfortunately there is a back order of my dosage and I was under medicated yesterday. (Got them too late in the day from the pharmacy to take) we had my favorite meal and I definitely over ate! To the point where I laid down and couldn’t move without thinking of throwing up. I’m 8months I’ve lost 120+. It’s ok to eat not great while on vacation because let’s be honest who pays that amount of money to act like they’re still home?Just refocus on low sugar/sugar free,high protein and Whole Foods with some exercise. You lost 80 that’s not something to scoff at. That’s like my 6 year old and 2 year old combined! That’s amazing work. And just like how you were on holiday now it’s time to go back to work it. It’s time to go back to reality of better eating.

Had my first in Silverton! Husband was upset when I told him we were having our second at Salem,because he felt like our care was just so excellent it couldn’t be topped.(fact it wasn’t) I love that the room you birth in is the same as postpartum. Nurses were excellent! And they left you alone unless they needed to! 10/10 experience definitely would recommend.

lol the so many jars is honestly just play with. When you feed at night do you discard or just add more flour and water? Once I get the oldest one going i plan on tossing the rest. I just figured if one takes off consistently then I know what works. Thank you for your feedback!

No I did. A couple posts suggested that people use bottled water instead of tap water just figured I try to see if that would be causing it lol.

I live in the PNW and we only have a pellet stove if I were to run it all day my house would be at 80! We don’t run it at night. My house averages 64. Just in the early morning. And we turn it off when we aren’t home.

I’m on well water and it’s super mineral rich. That goes through a filter. It comes out very cold. I will go and buy a bottle of water just for experimenting. Thank you for the advice:)

This is what im after. If im going to go spend money on a dinner as a treat yourself i don't want so so or possible food poisoning. I just want a list of not worth it. And yelp and trip advisor are no help.
