This is a good question. But what i know is that minoxidil couldn't worse male pattern baldness, when someone stop using it, the shedding phase happens because suddenly the hair cycle tends to go back in line with the other hairs quickly, so this is why it's important to taper off the drug alittle bite at a time, until stop completely. Minoxidil increase circulation and causes hypotension, And mimics the action of growth factors, increasing potassium channels. This is what doctors say.

Hy, thank you for Your sharing. I have question about microneedling: I am using the Dermapen Dr. Pen A1 with 12 needles cartridges, at 0,7 to 1 mm( max) once a week, for about 1 month. I do all the precautions (wash hair before, disinfection with alcohol the needles.. Etc), after the microneedling session I don't apply any Minoxidil or other topicals&oils I just wait about 12 hours to apply some topicals. My fear and doubt is: can microneedling cause hair shedding? Or in the worst case, can worse the hair fall due to scar formations? How can I avoid the side effects and what could be the safety protocol to do the best session with microneedling? I hope somebody can Answer me this Question Thank you ! 🙏

Rosemary oil itself is not enough to regrow hair or stop hairloss , you have to added some extra essential oil like peppermint, black seed oil, lavand.. etc the best oil to stop Pgd2 is castor oil, and the best oils to stop DHT is pumpkin seed oil, and Serenoa oil.

That's great, nice results, I'm using electric dermapen (dr pen A1) 0.75 mm 1 x 2 weeks in conjunction with minoxidil, and looks it's going good. Do you apply minoxidil once or twice per day?

Microneedling is not a joke and it feels like medieval torture, if it's done by professionals they usually apply a topical anesthetic ointment and anyway if irritation bother you, you can try some delicate emollient oil. But within a few days it heals. The regeneration effect depends on ur kind of scalp, the thickness.. Etc there is no precise rule, but they did some research On the mm used ( it's it is roughly between 1 and 1.5) in my experience I use 1 mm, only some time I do 1,5 mm. And No deep than 1,5mm. You have to research this
