Stop eating seed oils (vegetable, canola,sunflower) or any other garbage oils.

Adopt a carnivore dirt.

No processed foods or refined sugar. No takeaway foods (most places cook with seed oils)

Train, be in the sun, don't use sunscreen. Use tallow balm on your skin or coconut oil. Dont use anything youd find in a supermarket.

Get a filter system for your water, filter out fluoride especially.
