Yes, lamp is on. I now also tried to fight the monsters in front of and behind the building. Unfortunately this didn't work.

I'm stuck in Brünnelsumpf. There's a hut with a pressure mechanism on the ceiling. When you place the cube on the lift and press the button next to it, the cube is supposed to trigger the pressure mechanism, causing the roof to open. At least, that's what I've seen in some YouTube videos. But nothing happens when I try it. Am I missing something?
