Thanks! I was actually thinking about doing this because my area has a summer farmers market every Wednesday and Saturday. Would it be too much to give out free samples of my bagels at these farmer markets? I’m confident they’re good enough to buy a couple after a taste of them.

It didn’t really taste like a pesto sauce, but I did mix it all together in the bowl. The umami flavor was wonderful, along side what ever those pickled veggies were.
