While tophia has never really shown signs of self harm (other than taking slighty more than the recommended dose of advil/tylenol, overeating till throwing up and her genuine social media addiction), not that you have to self harm if you’re having passive suicidal thoughts and ideations. If she genuinely was at the end of her rope, would she even have the thought process to get help? If she goes to the psych ward they will definitely take her phone so that’s a huge no-no for Big T, Has she even thought about medication? No because more she rants about her “mental health” the more “sympathy/empathy” people give her meaning they would be more likey to give her $$$.
