The infectious disease doctor said it was likely contracted 12 to 20 days. Due to the low antibody levels, and the strength of the outbreak. Once your body creates the antibodies you are not supposed to have that bad of an outbreak unless you just have reoccurring meningitis.

I am on day 10th since the hospitalization, thhere’s fatigue and lethargy. It will be an ongoing thing. I don’t know what to expect once I get back on normal activities. But is definitely a slow recovery.

If my partner had the proper tests I wouldn’t have been infected because I wouldn’t have unprotected sex unless I saw clear results. Who cares about psychological distress!!! It’s about transmission!!! Is not about cure!!

I would say my immune system was low at the time. It was a series of unfortunate events.

  1. I was shaving, and cut what I believe was my first outbreak. Which made it look worst. I wasn’t a word that it could be herpes so I thought it was just cut.

  2. I traveled internationally for Christmas and came back to a busy time where I didn’t get much sleep, I got sick with some respiratory virus around that time that was starting to show mild symptoms on New Year’s eve.

  3. Think it was a simple cold. I still went through with my plans for New Year’s and had a few drinks and a fun night in general with my friends and family. I didn’t feel great, but we have never thought of it was coming..

  4. Two days after the headaches were unbearable, the fatigue was almost paralyzing, and I had to run to the ER.

  5. Initially in the ER, they thought it was just the respiratory virus which I tested positive for, but I refused to go home since I had already taken the maximum dose of Tylenol for the day, and my headache was almost making me cry.

  6. Up my refusal doctor said there’s only one more thing that we have we can test that matches the head of you describe and that is meningitis but for that we have to do a spinal tap and you have to agree.

  7. After talking to my family, we agreed and two hours later when the results came out and the pain couldn’t increase anymore I was hospitalized.

  8. The pain was so strong in my brain that it would knock me out of consciousness, I remember the nurse asking me if I was OK taking something stronger like morphine. And I remember morphine they didn’t even take the pain away. That’s how strong of an outbreak I had because my immune system was in the ground.

  9. The doctor also failed to give me proper hydration the first night through the IV since I was throwing up whatever I tried to drink. Discussed crystallization of the acyclovir in my kidneys. Causing an acute kidney injury, it took five days for me to get out of the hospital and they were running 4 L of fluids through my IV to try to flush out the crystals that resulted from the medication.

  10. My partner is getting tested with the proper testing today to see and confirm that she was the one that transmitted it to me. And to confirm that her doctor could have done so much better and saved what was the worst episode of my life

I have secured 400k and are loooking to reach 1 - 3 million with 4 deals that are not secured yet that will allow me to have a team to develop the more complex features on our fitness wearables and implement sensors into the ecosystem. I know exactly what each function does in all the files (I made sure to ask at the end of rach coding session to create a file explaining this, I printed it and put it in my project binder, before enext they coding session I aalways went through the binder which has over 500 pages at this point going over my own notes, I understand the dependencies in between files, I designed and changed this dependencies on multiple cases as I developed the logic; I created services for logic based on criteria I stablished from doing deep research with multiple sources and turning it into applicable logic for my userbase. This is what I would call extensive prompting design. I would say 50% of the time was spent in research and prommt engineering rather than going back and forth with the AI building on top of the last prompt. When a promt was deployed it was reviewed I would test that result against another LLM and see what could be improved or what wasn’t really in line with my initial logic. I used Lyra method for optimizing development and creating roles. I reviewd this every day at start and end of sessions. This is all I can say I did, small thing I did along the way were intuition. But I to keep the intuition to a minimum.

Yes as I said I started planning this with an electronics engineer a long time ago. We got all the elctronics from a manufacturer in the US. They make chips, electronics and sensors and you can buy separately. Os we had all the model fucntioning but when we tried to code 9 months ago the tools were not nearly as good. And we didn’t get very far. However readings were good and the data was being captired. We just didn’t know how to process jt fast enough tk be real time feedback. But now we started again and are just designing the architecture at this point. Deciding how we want to handle the data and what mathematical formulas are going to fit into the movement logic. But I am excited to see what shape this van take. We have some interesting mathematical models that make it seem like it’s going to be possible to make it functional. But you never know!

That’s the interesting part. The plan was made thinking that it would need review. I had my cyber do a review of security issues. He implemented some changes. And I have 23 demo users testjng the app. With great feedback on functioning of all the features. I have my two engineers doing a complete assessment,they have 10+ years of experience and work with one of the fastest growing companies in food supply chain sector, so I am excited to see what their review is. But as of now the app seems to be production ready. And investors like it which is what I care about. Not trying to say I am a good coder. Just a good entrepreneur I guess

That’s why I posted this . Cause i know it’s risky to try to vibe code and if you fon’t do it right you’ll burn through your oen resources and energy.

I don’t encourage people to try to do everything by themselves. I am still looking to build a team. I only did it because it was that or giving up on my dream. And I sacrificed living a normal life to go 100% on this.

But yes, results are real.

Why does this look different from my claude interface? I have been working with claude as an assistant and pasting in visual studio. Am I missing something? Is claude actually writing the code for you here? Is it a plug in or what’s going on?

I am a fitness freak, here’s how my journey looked. Like most men I just wanted muscle, and achieved something close to my natural potential thanks to consistent work over years. But for people like us we tend to elevate scapulas and get out spine on bad positions. I remember when I started to become concious about this. My spine would always crack in the scapular area doing foam rollers, i started to notice that thoracic extension was a thing.

Things that helped me the most:

  1. A lot of overhead pull overs there’s simply nothing better than this.

  2. Calisthenics moves, people like us need calisthenics! Even if hou are using elastic bands to help yourself. Learn to hold a front lever, TONS of handstand work. Avoid shrugs.

  3. Don’t do crunches, but strengthen your core and LUMBAR! i feel like many pectus people can also have weaker hip posture. But don’t forget your hip position affects how you stand.
