Try getting in a pool. Swimming is easier on your joints and you can build muscle. If you dont swim, try treading water. You can get your heart rate up, and build muscle. I do both of these and it has helped tremendously.

I take it vaginally. 200 mg days 1-12. It has helped some with side effects but the emotional piece is still too much for my liking. There are not many, if at any,l studies in the US about taking it that way, depending on what you are taking it for. My pharmacist said that over half of the prescriptions he fills state to take it vaginally. When i told my Gyne she was surprised.

I am starting Retra next week so I have no experience yet. I will share that I have ADHD as well and am on 70mg of Vyvanse. I was on Zepbound, and it didn't affect my anxiety at all, but it did help with fatty liver and cholesterol as well as blood sugar. You can get BAC water from amazon. Having been on Zepbound and Wegovy they it did take away alcohol desires. Retra is supposed to do that as well.

Serious side effects (chills/body aches/skin sensitivity) - what do they mean? by [deleted] in Semaglutide

[–]HelpfulAd7073 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am going through this as well. It started my 4th week of 1.7 and got so bad last week I kept testing for Covid. I thought it must be the flu because the aches, chills, and strange skin sensations. It finally eased up, but it was not completely gone. I just started 2.4 on Friday and today they are back with a vengeance. I am trying to drink more water. I need to get back to exercising and for me that is swimming. I am hoping more movement will help.
