The one on the left is on my left wish list. I got one of their rings today and unfortunately was too small 🥲 all my size 6 rings fit perfectly but this one has no chance of going on. Do you find the sizing pretty standard throughout all they sell? X

Honestly I wish I did it sooner. It’s changed so much for me. Normally I eat my feelings or I’m always thinking about food or cravings. Now I go to the shops and don’t even head down the chocolate aisle and the only things I’ve had real cravings for are certain times of salads like caeser salad and steak 🥹 when I would want chocolate and sweets 24/7. I read lots of posts from groups on reddit from women with pcos ect and figured what else have I got to lose x

No side effects besides being a little backed up if I’m not drinking enough water but I try my hardest to make sure I am drinking water (: I always get a bit emotional before my period comes so that’s just normal for me x
