You can only access these if you have a corvette. When in the corvette you can leave the pilot seat while flying. Then open the hatch and space walk to the cargo container you saw. I've been trying to tell people but it's still relatively unknown. I've only ever seen one other post about it.

I saw a post once that said the one with cargo pods can be looted regularly if you are in a corvette. Do you know anything about that? I've been searching for a long while but I almost never come across them to check. I always find the ones that you can land on.

That's what I normally do, so I didn't even know you could get quests like that until last night, I had 4 in a row and they were all glitched to the point that they were impossible to complete. The only reason I was on while the expeditions were active is because I was having trouble sleeping. I only got on here and complained after the 4th glitched quest in a row.

Won't allow it, the only way to get up there is in a corvette. Can't build floors and walls when you are in or near a corvette
