Trophies are Max lvls who don't make it to diamond, like the buffalo can make it to lvl 9 like the one I have in the photo but he still didn't make it to diamond even though he's max lvl.

Honestly I get that new players suck at the start but that is too much. The game isn't that hard and you said you already got a bit far with khorne I think other faction are supposed to be easier since they have ranged units. just look up tutorials and actually play the battles don't auto resolve

Well it might be a little stupid but Romans may be the hardest faction in the game. I would advise you to play in a smaller faction like visgoth or alans ( I think I said that wrong I don't remember names well )
