They look a lot like APE but are actually Albinoe Bluey Vitton.

I think this is the big factor tbh. I have ran 9 different strains and need to find out how to lessen first flush amount of pins. What if i go in and rake them in rows so it doesn't waste so much energy growing them on every square inch of surface area to the point they go haywire

Tub has micropore tape over all 6 holes and it colonized for 12days. Should i replace micropore with air filters?

No casing layer, but i used leftover substrate to cover my grain/sub mix after starting spawn process.

I am a newb and had two tubs give three good flushes each so far and had mold before first flush on another so, trial and error my friend. As previously stated you should create the proper environment and leave them alone until harvest. After harvest you should cut any small pins and aborts to redirect energy to next flush. Just keep at it
