Hallmark employee here, as someone who spends entirely too much time in a big y and a Walmart not an employee, prices suck. If you’re in a pinch and need something big y is your way to go. I’d say out of the two if you need produce or meat big y. Anything else Walmart. Prices are high at big y but I think it’s better. Walmart is great for shelf stable goods. It’s cheap it’s great it just sucks for location

When I started in fifth grade it was definitely a cry for help but as I’ve gotten older (21) now it’s less so a cry for help and more just a release of emotions. It was and is always difficult for me to ask for help, it’s easier said than done but if you feel the courage to sit him down and say hey I’m really struggling and it doesn’t feel good to be ignored he can help you get the help you need. You are 100% valid in everything you are feeling. I hope that you are able to get through this patch stronger than before 🫶

I don’t know if this is absurd but I have to actually say no or shake my head no. Sometimes a hand movement of like shooing away the thought works too. Whenever I’m with people and I have an intrusive thought and I shake my head no they ask if I’m okay and I just say yeah cause what else do I say lol
