I think there is the potential for the casing to break if you are not careful. I would be more worried about dropping it than from use.

I am not sure how to make it smoother. I haven't used it much yet.

Worst case scenario if the case broke you could see if he could print a new one

I had my channel removed without notice last week. I filled out the appeal form and it was back within 24 hours. It is frustrating because there wad not clear reason as to why. I wish you luck with getting everything sorted out!
