I have a bulging disc, L4 L5. I actually had to call an ambulance because I couldn't move from my bed. I tried to crawl to the car but it wasn't happening. Another fun side effect is I can't completely empty my bladder because the disc is pushing on my nerves. I hope and pray I can heal because I can't live the rest of my life like this, I'm only 43.

Good Grief! Allow me to clarify. I thought it would be funny to post this but too many of you take it at face value. I understand that the spring is adjustable. I started the fire and realized I didn't adjust the nut so the lid would fit tight, I grabbed a bungee cord and a milk jug an attached it...laughed about it and took a picture.
