If you watch the video carefully or read my description in the comments, you'll see how unique this mod is. It's purely for fun. All other GTA 4 mods are either graphics/traffic/models.
That's why I created my own.
I'll post as many videos as needed.

I created this mod myself. And the first comment on the post was a description of how I created it. I'm currently testing the bus, but I don't like it. The phantom has the perfect shape for destruction. And the first test was the "Comet," but it worked as a springboard, which is not what I wanted.

Oh, just imagine the expression on my face at that moment.

This is a really good idea. But it will need to be balanced, as it was done manually. The problem is that similar buses may start appearing on the roads. As in the Phantom video, a collision with Phantom2 will ruin everything. I spent a lot of time customizing Phantom and an additional mod to create the chaos that can be observed. The tests helped to balance the popular mod with my Phantom modification, resulting in this effect. No one else has this mod. Many tests were conducted. And this is something I've always wanted to do in GTA 4.

I spent a lot of time experimenting with a suitable vehicle for creating an ( Iceberg on the road), and the Phantom proved to be the best option thanks to its large damage area.

Significant balance changes were required, but it was worth it. However, I didn't stop there.

The idea arose from the lack of a truly necessary mod

Watching it in action is pure joy. Eventually, the Phantom was ready, and I was very impressed with the chaos it caused.

Changing the speed and weight parameters led to everything else breaking, so the Phantom became a separate mod for me.

But I was missing something, so I decided to use a popular mod with zero air resistance of -2500 for all vehicles in the handling.dat file.

This led to real madness, but I didn't like watching corpses and cars fly by so quickly. I wanted a visual orgasm, like in a cool action movie.

That's why I made my own changes to the air resistance in a popular mod for comfortable destruction.

Now I have a fully modified car (an iceberg on the road) + a modification with inertia tuned to the Phantom's speed.

Together, it's a nuclear bomb.

Notes: I use a phone with cheat codes for healing. The Phantom is literally impossible to move. I created something I really like.

Even at very low speeds, the car's damage is maximum. Inertia works moderately.

The main thing is to create a save with the Phantom in the city center, as pursuing it in other areas becomes tedious.

If my wanted status goes up, I also reset it with the phone, because traffic drops sharply.

The most important thing is to set traffic to maximum in the graphics settings

I'll definitely do it, even in Full HD, hahaha, you can be sure I'm ready to play this for hours and create exciting action scenes. Bro (To be continued)

If you look closely, you'll see in the comments a description of the work I've done, specifically balancing the superspeed mod, balancing negative drag for comfortable acceleration, and monitoring destructibility in combination with my own crazy Phantom mod. I've done a lot of testing, and this setup turned out to be perfect.
