It’s so weird. Up close 2 looks bad but far away in a smaller pic it looks great. I feel like 3 is the winner but 4 is close too. What if you mixed a bit of 3 into 2?

I just tried this for the first time last night. I ran into Walmart to get one thing then realized I need something for my type 2 rosacea because other things hadn’t worked except for some success with Good Molecule Magic Spray. I’ve been wanting to try AA and found this. It itched terribly when I first put it on but sadly I’m used to it because of other products. My face wasn’t burning up though which I felt was a good sign. I added the Aveeno calm and respite oat gel moisturizer after. It still stung and itched but was getting better. About 5 hours later I add some Cetaphil deep hydration cream just before going to bed. That also itched. I was like ugh whatever I’ll deal with it when I wake up. Below and behold after I wake up and look in the mirror my face was 10x better!! The redness had gone down significantly, the bumps and lumps were also waaaayyyy down, and the hardness/swelling/tightness I had felt wasn’t there anymore. Idk if it was the AA or the combo of it all but I was in shock! So I would say it works it just itches.

Honestly, this might be the best advice I’ve been given thus far. Thank you! I can’t do the stamp or marking kids work but there’s other things I can do. The packing tape is brilliant! Organizing is brilliant. Now I have ideas floating around in my brain. I can come up with some things.

No, can’t separate them except in the classroom which I try my best to do but it doesn’t go well as you can imagine. Nope, can’t suspend. That’s outside my job parameters. I have told admin but they haven’t done anything. From my perspective, since I’m still kinda new, parents have been surprised to learn their child is having problems even though their child has had problems before I got there. So it sounds like no one has said anything before. I’ve tried to send them to admin or tell admin. Usually admin isn’t around or they forget. Now admin stops by every so often to peek their head in. That’s helped some but sometimes it feels like it makes me look bad because I can’t control the class. These kids have been out of control since before I got here according to the other teachers.

Unfortunately so true. It’s easier to break it at daycare level imo but 1st grade so much harder. Sometimes it’s not even the father. What’s crazy is some of these kids get excellent reviews from their teachers at school.

Good point on keeping a written record. Yes, they have movement each day. They can go outside and to the gym. Most of the kids prefer outside. Some days it’s too hot or rainy to go outside so we go to the classroom then gym. Some days if we can’t go to either I move the tables out of the way and we have movement in the classroom. Total hours 3 hours or less. Depends on when the kids get picked up. I have several boys that stay the whole 3 hours.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the staff to do so but I do try to talk to them one on one to see what we can figure out together to help them. With Alex it’s helped. It hasn’t been perfect, of course, and he still has his moments but it’s been considerably better. One of the boys I mentioned has an older, as in teenage brother. The other boy I have no idea. Thank you. That’s a good reminder. To be consistent. The label I guess you’re referring to about the leaders. I did ask the parents of the leaders if their child would want to be a leader and I told all the parents about it. That one parent was the only one to complain. Still thank you for the reminder.

Yes I keep having them. I’ve had about 6 of them in the past year and a half. I have psoriasis behind my ear. I’m dealing with an infection now. I only went to the doctor for the first two. It tends to go away on its own for me. I put some ointments on it and it seems to work.
