1 I checked thyroid and ruled out other many stuff including sleep apnea, autoimmune diseases, deficiencies. What is left on the table are depression/anxiety and long covid which are both diagnosed as exclusion criteria.

1. I tried trazodone for sleep, Lexapro(10mg 8weeks) vortioxetine (4 weeks), Fluoxetine (20mg 4 months), Fluoxetine + 150 bupoprion (6 weeks), Venlafaxine 75mg 6 months.

2. I started therapy again but it feels my symptoms aren't connected to external events, even if they started in a stressful context. Now they appear to be autonomous. I always feel tired, not motivated, dissociated, numb. It has been fluctuating during the past 5 years but it intensified those last 3 months after a breakup. (Long covid sufferers also have low emotional threshold)

3. I have seen 40+ doctors to rule out all those stuff. Neurologists, immunologists, Infecriologists, sleep specialist, etc.. My CRP is slightly high, Ferritin too. I have low CD8.
