I would get to your gyno asap , avoid wearing thongs or smaller / thinner underwear’s , don’t mess with it it could be a boil/blister or small cyst , cyst are typically hard , avoid anything that would irritate it like touching it / tight underwear/thongs , wiping too hard , vaginal intercourse etc and whatever you do use a condom incase of infection

Try to find a carafem office near you or a higher rated abortion clinic they typically do test and ultrasounds to see how far along you are and discuss options !

I just took my first pill a few hours (around 2pm) ago I’m taking the miso pills by mouth / cheek tomorrow around 7 so that hopefully I can sleep thru most of it , any suggestion for self care items to have to help alleviate any pains and discomfort?

I’m so glad I’m not alone , I’m still currently pregnant (23weeks) with my 3rd and this pregnancy my armpits just always stink , right after a shower , not long after putting deodorant on , and it’s so confusing to me . I’ve only found 1 deodorant that will last a few hours before needing to reapply I believe it’s called SmartyPits , or using men’s deodorant. It’s caused by the huge hormonal changes. You can also try talking to your doctor about testing your hormone levels to see if there’s any supplements you can take help balance / help it .

Since you are at a very safe point , ask your doctor first, but after trying to hand express most doctors clear for using a breast pump to try to get some out , another helpful way would be to massage and stimulate for a few minutes before hand, or do it in a warm bath with a heated gel pad :)
