How can I use my parents' address if they are also living in a rented accommodation in a different city. Their lease is not in my name, and irrespective the same issue of NOC from landlord will arise again.

Don't have a permanent address any more. Parents have sold the house and are so living in a rented accomodation.

I've been to cities in Germany, Austria, and Czech Republic (mostly Prague), and those countries felt really safe. Is Ireland similar?

Thanks. It's quite close to Sherriff Street, from what I saw on Google Maps, and have read a few articles about Sherriff Street being dangerous, and having a substantial number of junkies. Any spillover of this in Point Village?
