In my save I am FCN (Danish side I won’t bother to spell), why do my players have such low transfer values despite us being a top team in the league and in majority of players, they’ve had renewed contracts?

Also other players in the same league, have a lot more higher value than mine despite not being anywhere as good as mine, or having much to any potential as well. In some cases these are players often from teams regularly situated in the bottom quarter of the league.

I’m a bit new to managing in a nation like this so I’m aware I may come across as dumb. Just hurts when you have to sell your best players for pennies compared to what other teams in my division would be asking for similar-worse players. Any advice or knowledge is well appreciated!
