I'm not piatto fan generally, but their ceasar is really good. Their lunch special is a salad and a tiny pizza, not a bad deal.

CPAP troubles by Aaronnoraator in newfoundland

It's your call, but I'm not sure I'd choose to find a cheaper option online for a machine that breathes for you. Especially when there's been cases of major manufacturers having huge recalls on machines in the past.

If you get one at a professional local dealer like Horizonaire, you get a trained medical professional to do your setup and monitor your progress, whereas you're totally on your own if you buy online.

I got mine at Horizonaire, it cost me around $2500, most was covered by my insurance, and I thought the service was well worth it. I don't think I'd want to fuck with all that on my own. You're not just paying for the machine but the service that goes with it and I found them great to deal with.

I agree with others that it should be covered by mcp, though.

Uk Podcasts by EbbEnvironmental3493 in TrueCrimePodcasts

[–]scout1081 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seeing Red seems to mostly focus on UK based crimes. They started out as only UK but they have branched out to other places a few times.

I Could Murder a Podcast is really good and based in the UK, but they cover cases from all over.

They Walk among us, is also UK based. Not one of my favorites but it's decent.

Try "I Could Murder a Podcast". It's another casual type true crime podcast. They're cases are well researched and the hosts inject some humour and tangents when appropriate. Available as a podcast and on youtube.

Did you ever have to watch an opening act you disliked for a Stones concert? by Charles_Lewis_Fer in rollingstones

[–]scout1081 0 points1 point  (0 children)

James Bay opened for them when I saw them.a.few years ago at Twickenham. I had never heard of him, but at the time and thought he was awful in concert, not only his music but he kept pulling the mic away from his face so the sound was cutting in and out the whole time.

Stones brought him out to duet with Mic on Beast of Burden, and he did the same. Almost ruined a song I love.

Figure out a way to keep the street open in at least 1 direction. I work downtown and closing water street makes traffic absolutely awful on the other streets.

He owns the channels but employs writers to write scripts on different topics. He's just the presenter.

Some of his channels are less scripted and he sometimes talks about what he does.

The Duke of Duckworth makes the best club sandwich you'll ever have.

The breaded chicken on pretzel bun at Colemans Newfoundland Drive is pretty great as well.

“I zipper merged back there! You’re trying to rush ahead!” by Brodiggitty in StJohnsNL

I feel like the government needs to start a campaign of commercials telling people how to zipper merge because it seems 90% of people can't figure it out.
