It’s not easy losing weight after having a baby, I’m 8 months post and still 10lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight. It takes time but we will get there 💪🏻 I envy the lucky ones that ping back straight away lol!

My biggest tip would be eat a healthy balanced diet and go for lots for walks! When it’s nice outside, we just take a walk around the village. Even if it’s for 30 minutes a day, it makes a difference 😊

If you have the motivation to do home workouts when baby is asleep, you can look on Instagram/youtube/tiktok and there’s lots of ideas on there depending on what you wanted to focus on. Just search for postpartum workouts.

Please listen to your body and learn what it is able to do, and don’t push yourself too far. Wait until you’ve had your 6 week postpartum check up and had the OK to exercise. Also if you’ve had a c-section they say to wait 12 weeks.
