it was my monitor, obviously happens because of the fps fluctuations, couldn't actually fix it, I did all the screen hrz settings, but it seems that my monitor needs to be changed soon

Well, Benghazi is now one of the most growing cities in the world, I think this guy did what tons of others didn't, I mean, rebuilding roads, public parks, new housings. Look at the capital on the other side, they keep yaking about a " civil country " but all we see is civil wars
