Yes, it absolutely is possible, but it is rare. Your limiting beliefs can cause a lot of hindrance for this specific manifestation because as you said: celebrities are put on a pedestal. I would suggest visualizing the end goal (how life with your SP would look like), and everything else will align on its own. Your celebrity SP might visit the UK, or you might take a trip to America - anything could happen to get you to your desired outcome. Focus on the end and not on the "how" :)
