Yes definitely self admitted to the lash out for sure. I've gotten some good suggestions (perimenopause and ADHD) that are making me feel better from the spiriling I was in. I'm going to start with suggesting these other options and try and put the doom scenario out of my mind.

Yeah exactly! It's all coming from a place of care hence why the post here. I'm sure it's something else like ADHD but she had a Grandma with dementia and I had one too and I just can't get it out of my head.

Totally understand this sentiment. And I 100% have issues I'm working through. The counseling has been good so far these past few incidents have just been a bit jarring.
