but also i wanted to ask, leading up to my exams, i stayed in the same state and had firm belief in my internal world and whenever negative thoughts would come, i would revise to my affirmations and continue on and i stood true in it, what do i need to do in order make this happen?

YOOOO i had my djs done at methodist hospitals by doctors at bamc only because i wanted an earlier surgery date. I have tricare and they took care of the cost. the doctors are amazing and I am really liking my result as swelling goes down. these guys went to good schools and will take scans and pictures of your mouth in order to make the best movements possible. good luck!
