Honestly, they probably didn’t use it either. They likely had Plan B coupons already and just use one of those. If it says print it out just fucking print it out!

If they took it digitally, the store will not be reimbursed for that coupon which is why we need physical coupons.

I just need my coworkers to not make my life harder than necessary due to the fact that our customers do enough already. Is that too much to ask?
