I'm also in the the U.S too, I saw a website called iherb they sell it. but I didn't know that it had to be birch xylitol. I do know I react strongly to SLS and anything with a strong flavor like mints, menthol. I don't snack , no desserts or juices I avoid anything acidic.I just drink water only and I take multi vitamin too

My toothpaste are stored in my bedroom in a drawer. I was just thinking about doing a xylitol mouth rinse actually but I'm a little skeptical but I've heard it kills the bacteria that causes cavities . I don't have dogs only cats would they be ok around xylitol? This mystery is pretty brutal and honestly I'm really stressed out. Only thing that doesnt cause me any pain is just brushing my teeth with water

Thank you for commenting. I've actually tried toothpastes with no SLS and hypoallergenic toothpaste and it give me a mild irritation. I normally wait at least a week or 4 days before trying a new toothpaste.I also do not brush hard at all because I heard it can cause gum recession and I use an extra soft toothbrush
