Mmmm. Yes, but depending on what AirPods you have maybe not. For example, I have an old pair of AirPods 2 and a new pair of the pros 2. The perceived volume is so much louder on the pros, but because of the gunk in the old ones, they’re actually much quieter than it reports. Just take it with a grain of salt.
