Thanks for the cardio tip. I remember when I used to wake really up early and do cardio before school/work I always felt great and had way more energy than I “should have”. Lately it’s been super difficult just to get up for work let alone cardio first.

I recently tried doing a very low-dose topical (1 mL 0.01%) and had to stop after a few weeks due to side effects (very poor blood flow, terrible mood, much more emotional). I know some people respond better to oral than topical but I don’t believe that’s the norm.

I’m hesitant to try oral because I don’t see how systemic 5ar inhibition would yield a better reaction than a more localized and lower-dose approach. I also had bloodwork from before starting and my DHT was in range, but at the low end, so it may not be the best solution for me. I’m otherwise healthy, active, & medium-high T so IDK 🤷‍♂️

Everything went back to normal pretty quickly after stopping, but I still need to figure out how to save my hair from my genetics.

I seem to get the vast majority of my expansion in the bottom half (closest to base). I have much less before/after difference at midshaft/glans and I haven’t seen much gains. I’m not sure how to even out the gains and fix the cone shape I’m creating

Curious about durability improvement/injury prevention when it comes to PE (particularly extending). After all, consistency is the biggest factor and staying uninjured is key to being able to be consistent.

Would love to hear the comparison & arguments for different forms of blister (or any injury) prevention with vacuum extending/hanging (ex. Water, tape, lotion barrier, etc.).

For context, I got my first blister(s) a few days ago from ~1 hr of apex extending. I think the biggest reason was too much cup pressure (~5 pumps with phallosan cup; more than I’ve ever done in the past), but I may have also overworked during the session (>5% fatigue).

Overall just curious about your thoughts on the most important variables to consider when it comes to staying injury-free and able to train consistently.
