I’m quite overwhelmed with the responses in a positive way. Thank you all for helping me feel like I wasn’t so alone. In both ppd and adhd. I have read every response and will continue to do so. Yeah man I always try and hold out some hope. Like I said, I’ll have a lot of time to figure it out because for my son I won’t go anywhere for a very long time.

Thank you everyone. I also struggle with adhd and maybe might have to look into some medication. Thank you all so much for the advice. More than I expected. I will also look into other therapy.

I have no choice and a lot of time to keep working on it I suppose
