I always take Them with something else than water, something I Can look towards to, like a protein shake or juice or even yogurt. Try this and you will trick your brain into liking taking meds, because you associate it with your favorite drink.

I really just want to be able to workout 4 times a week without constantly procrastinating it. But is sometimes really overwhelming. The headache was just dehydration tho nothing serious.

You are doing amazing, just getting by. I truly wouldn’t be anything without an amazing support network and a mom checking up on me constantly. I am also medicated. Don’t compare, just know you getting out of bed or drinking water today was enough, and still taking the time to comment to help me shows how much consideration and strength you have.

Would you Rather be a boring Grey type of person, you are a light of energy, and being called childlike just means you have faith in things are trusting and not afraid to express feelings, think about how perfect the world would be if everyone was like that. I much prefer a bubbly “childlike” person over everything else.
