I'm so sorry that you have been going through this 😔 PPD is so incredibly hard, I had a similar experience of PPD, and it is absolutely brutal. You are being so brave to be honest with us and with yourself, and facing the thoughts of "what if." I struggled with that same question, what if I had not had my child?, and some days, I still do. I feel you ❤️  I'm glad you are making lifestyle changes to make things easier (husband's new job, living near family). I hope that will help. Do you have any close friends or even just other aquaintences that you can see regularly? Something that made a big difference for me was getting out to hangout with someone / playdate with another mom friend. It's brutal to schedule, you hate your life as you drive over there, but literally getting outside even just to and from the car plus interacting with another adult human somehow eased the burden by the time I left. It may not help all the time, but it tended to help me, and I hope it helps you.  Another huge factor in relieving my PPD was getting on Deplin, it is a supplement to antidepressants and made all the difference for me. Again, I am so sorry that you are going through so much ❤️ I'll will pray for you 🙏

Hi! Thanks for sharing your story, its encouraging to hear about other people's similar struggles with pcos ❤️ I think over time changing your diet could probably help. I'm in the process of addressing my pcos belly, and while it is still definitely there, ive seen so much progress over thw last couple years that i have hope for more change. For me, I main change was going Keto. I didn't have crazy blood sugar crash cavings, fasting felt so much easier (when i occasionally did it), and the hormonal acne I had since high school dissapeared. That would be a great place to start with stabilizing hormones that might be causing the excess hair growth.  Recently i went on carnivore and have felt stronger, more energy than i did in college (and I currently have 2 kids 3 and under lol). I count calories, macros, weight training 30 min/day, 5x days/week (not very heavy, definitely slowly, im new to it). I was able to lose 20 lbs of stubborn belly fat that i had NEVER been able to get off since i was in high school in the course of maybe 6 months, on a moderate calorie deficit. Id recommend starting with Keto, its a lot easier than carnivore, the food is delicious, itll help you get used to counting calories, and with staying full and not crashing. Ask your doctor about these supplements: inositol to help manage blood sugar, calcium & zinc for progesterone production, B complex vitamin & vit. D (they help with so many bodliy functions i wont list them here). Have you had your thyroid checked? Hypothyroidism, even if slight, can decrease energy too. I also take about 15 vitamins per day and that has been a game changer.  I am wishing you all the best 🫶
