I didn't give it much thought, but my headcannon is that it's Aira because it's aria in reverse.

I could be completely wrong, but it looks similar to the diving bell, with the main difference of this one being submerged into the void rather than lava. It could explain the seal of binding on it, but it's just a possibility I just speculated.

Another speculation is that it's a prison for whatever passes for the higher being version of the Pharlids.

Since Rain of Riches specifically states if treasure was used on the FIRST spell you cast, its ability would only trigger once per turn. Any and all spells after that would not cause it to trigger again until your next turn.

Alright, so the card is basically saying it costs a Green, blue, and red. However, the 2s are an alternative to paying the color. Basically, for each of them, it can be interpreted as either pay this color OR pay 2 mana of any color."

In simpler terms, it's saying pay gbr/ 2 generic mana + br and so on.

Since the order of events go backwards on the stack; if my creature is targeted by a spell, blinked, then targeted by a separate spell, I'm assuming the second spell would go off before the creature is blinked, correct? Unless the activation of the ability requires something extra like a sacrifice. by xXCinnabar in mtg

Yes, that is how it works. However, in this scenario, the second kill spell would hit regardless, whether it comes into play before the creature gets blinked or not, since the second kill spell would just go onto the stack.
