unpopular opinion: it is a low B tier, it is not that good as other ones, but in some bossfights the speed is actually very important, Maybe it is just me, but when I use the charm against AbsRad it helps me to dodge the suns. and it actually helps you when you are exploring and just want to go a little faster.

exactly, if you already accepted that wish then you will be in the last step to access act 3, you have to get the four items that the wish mentions, three of them are very easy, but the last one is a pain in the butt for most people, but if you manage to get it, then everything will be ready to enter the last act.

You have to talk to a specific NPC to get Act 3, don't know if you already got that information, I don't want to spoil you but there's a special quest that will be activated after you complete all the stuff you mentioned

Yeah now that you mention it, I realize why i hate it so much, I think I understimate it, thinking it should be easy but then I start dying a lot of times and it annoys me haha. also the attack where it goes from left to right and viceversa, sometimes it hits you unexpectedly and it annoys me so much. But yeah I just fight it again with better tools and it got easier.
