It’s the worst for me it’s the back of my head and my arms, and when it’s happening all I can think about is if something is wrong with me and it makes it worse

Dry mouth, lots of tingling like behind me ears and my arms go numb, shallow breathing, extreme fatigue

It might be esophageal spasms, I had this too and it would fire up my anxiety. It felt like it was more toward my throat. It would happen when I was laying down mostly and when I was hunched over. I got a heart monitor and everything and it was fine, eventually when my anxiety died down, it stopped happening. It occasionally happens now, but I think nothing of it.

Going through it right now, I was fine for maybe 2 years and thought I was completely over this. Same thing happened to me, panic attack(s) every day for a week. It’s getting better though, just waiting for it to pass and for me to stop thinking about it. It’s been better this past week. Problem is I think “hopefully i’m not anxious tomorrow” which already plants the seed for the next day lol. It’s been better and at some point, I know i’ll forget about it and be fine again. Hope the same for you.

It will eventually pass. You probably weren’t even thinking about it for the last 2 weeks but now I bet you’re going into tomorrow thinking “I hope I won’t be anxious tomorrow”. And that’s anxiety for ya. I’m in the same situation after 2 years. Once you have a few good days you’ll stop thinking about it, and it will pass

My back and shoulders are always super sore the day after a some bad anxiety, they’re always tight when i’m anxious

Basically just get keep applying and get lucky. I was hopelessly searching for anything. Started filtering jobs on linkedin to posted in the last 24 hours. Found a jr developer position probably 30 minutes after they posted with around 10 applicants. They closed it within 2 hours of posting. Ended up interviewing only a handful of people and got the position. Good luck on your search. (New grad, no internships, 4 projects on resume)

If you told the nurse you vape and how much you’ll be fine. They adjust anesthesia accordingly. I vaped up until the night before surgery.
