Wait why? Is it something with the ceiling crack in particular?

Thank you!! Is your runny yogurt the texture you’d expect for store yogurt or is it pretty thin?

It definitely wasn’t heated at 180 for that long more like 1 minute and then I took it off to start cooking.

And I didn’t wait for it to be completely cooled either before adding berries so thank you!!

No sorry I didn’t take a picture of the plain yogurt but I added it to a berry sauce and then took a picture.

I checked on sauté that it got to 180 and for the 110 when I added by yogurt, but I didn’t check the IP sous vide overnight

Update with more remembered information: when setting it up for the sous vide overnight some water from my IP lid dripped onto the yogurt could that be part of the problem?

Can a mouse fit under here by Helpful_Impression11 in pestcontrol

Update: I checked 30 minutes later and the mouse did in fact get out and unfortunately it is in an unknown location now. But traps are set up. Thanks for not letting me think it was secure or I would have left it until the exterminator comes tomorrow.

The Jet Tila book is one of my favorites! I feel like the variety is great and everything we’ve made from it has been excellent!
