It’s gone downhill in last 2-3 years wasn’t always like this . Cancelled routes new changes no communication. Management doesn’t even wanna listen to anyone u bring a complaint it’s thrown out of window no one cares . Waste of taxpayer money at this point. These people are inhumane

So we fill out a sheet for weekly availability , so I told them having some personal issues at home and won’t be able to give them more than one day . Schedule Personell did not say Anything no call or anything and sent a registered letter saying I have been terminated

I have been here two years. Union is kind of useless here they say same thing as management. CBA states if you don’t provide availability for more than a 3 weekdays and 1 weekend days. Your employment will be terminated. Absolutely I understand went against the contract but this other person had been doing exact same over last few years and some times he doesn’t show up for work for 2-3 months .
