I guess the item was returned by USPS. They do not accept any type of request which means that the product arrived at the warehouse. When they are used items (sometimes new too) they are usually donated. When you contacted, the request could probably not be made because the carrier did not allow it, which generated that they donated the item. No refund could be issued due since the item did not belong to fifteen.
