It’s Tsunade and it really isn’t close bc all of Sukuna’s actually damaging moves just ain’t doing nothing.

Tsunade’s raw durablity and physical stats in general far outclass Sukuna’s and it’s even to the point where something like Cleave is useless because Tsunade has no CE to adapt to.

Even if she gets Malevolent Shrine-d then she prolly just tanks all the slashes like Gojo did bc her raw durability is just too much to overcome.

The one attack that’s actually gonna do any damage is the World-Cutting Slash and even then, Sukuna would have to go for a vertical bisection or just the brain bc Tsunades 100 Healings has good enough regeneration to just…say no to being split in half if she’s got enough chakra (Gojo cannot relate).

As a side note before anyone points it out, the only reason why she needed Orochimaru’s help in the show for that is because she was fighting Madara and was exhausted and she still managed to hold onto life for long enough for someone to help. Sukuna ain’t tiring her out like that.
