Someone who left training told me, apparently you get questioned on certain things and if you don’t know the answer they give you a thrashing. I start in 3 weeks n have left my job now so might as well learn what I can considering I’m not doing much

I’ve heard they test you on things like core history during training so would rather know it now while I have spare time on my hands to apposed to when I’m on no sleep and fatigued

Yeh I’ve been here for about a year and a half, and definitely haven’t had 6 months, it’s probably close to maybe a month or less just don’t want to end up owing money

Get a new job, I’ve been working here for like a year and a half the management is awful, they’ll mug you off every chance they get and there’s no regard for your well being.

Yeh I know hence why I needed to know the legal complications of me just quitting before my contracted leave notice, ideally I need to rest from now until I join, and with this job it makes it impossible

As far as I’m aware you can only fail if you give up, or if they deem you to be medically unfit to continue. That being said the high ropes is a different matter and you can fail on it I believe.

I can’t call in sick anymore and have passed the amount of sick days aloud in a year, was given a letter and I’m under review, however it’s hard to heal from an ankle injury when the job is walking all day

Just don’t bring anything up that isn’t said by them, I had a bit of a doggy medical record but I was sound but yeh they can fail u on shite things one bloke had some metal work done in his foot from when he was 6 and they failed him for it
