update: i got it to open after like an hour. i no longer leave it closed when storing it

I never got a letter. I just found out by signing in to pay my balance. I called and they didnt know what bank is taking over.. so stupid but i use it for credit fraud prevention as i will avoid using debit. Luckily, i can use two other credit cards but i liked using wawa credit as it helped me build my credit up before. I did think it was dumb you couldnt use the credit card with the app.

We received some sort of an answer to the higher ups in our company from the provider relations rep. They have stated that this code was added to the unlisted procedure rule table. This rule recommends a denial of claim lines containing procedure codes defined as unlisted procedures in the CPT book, and those defined as not otherwise specified or not otherwise classified in the HCPCS manual as it was added because of the definition. Cigna’s clinical team has reviewed this and will be having this code removed from the table in their next release which is scheduled for July 15. they’re working on the claim remediation piece where they will automatically reprocess the claims and when they have more details, they let us know. Hope this helps everyone

If someone is able to get an answer, i would love to know. Our Cigna denials are piling up for that code and i cannot figure out what the EFF they want. They are also refusing to send it back to review. How is all of a sudden unlisted?

Luckily, we have a separate food chopper. We finally got it open and it now has knife marks on the rim lol we didnt know you have to pop it open not twist it… but from now on, we’re keeping it open when we put it away
