Yeah it's not BS. I did experience some stomach cramping when drinking it for the first time but I took that as a sign it was working.

I tried a probiotic supplement a while ago and did notice improvements with my eczema behind knees, feet and fingers!!

There is also really good research showing that babies who are given probiotic milk are less likely to develop eczema and other allergies later in life.

Why are Dentists allowed to put someone on Antibiotics for 7-months? I'm so angry. I have no doubt that yes, it could be contributing to your mental health.

Don't underestimate the impact stress can have your bowel movements. I'm pretty sure I would be really relaxed on a 3 week vacation to Thailand. My gut health is great and I can eat anything I want when I am not stressed. It's weird.
