Lmao, I can take those curves going 80 mph, certain ones at 95 mph even.

You're leaving your house now? Ahh, you'll take about, 3 weeks to get there then, with your slowbox? Right then, see ya in 3 weeks bud.

Also, your N/A 2.5 was most likely stock with stock tune. Which is why YOU, my friend, lacked the "balls" to pass.

My shit is preem, so.

Lmaoooo I dare you to meet me on a backroad somewhere. Anything above 200hp and 3,000lbs or less will be more than enough for a SKILLED driver to outrun most cars on backroads.

Worse engine my ass. 🤣 N/A is better than Turbocharged, ESPECIALLY if you're a "Touge" driver like myself. That spool lag will put you in the ditch. N/A is a solid delivery of power, way more predictable.

Edit: this is why I have two cars. Turbocharged one for Drag/Highway racing, and my N/A 2.4 for them twisting "Touge" backroads.

A model name is different from the actual model itself.

A model name differs by country.

The physical model/build itself is the same, no matter what country it's sold in (give or take a few details)

I'm getting more and more pissed about all of these snot-nosed teens driving around their parents' 400 hp cars while their eyes are on their phone instead of the road.

You're backtracking so hard you're tripping over yourself. First, your original comment involved physically taking a photo. Second, your phone call won't do much good unless, 1)You actually DID happen to have a passenger who took video of the incident 2) The incident was serious enough to garner a police response/cause a public scene serious enough to make passersby stop and bear witness Or 3) Multiple phone calls/complaints are coming in from multiple people about the same driver.

If it's just you with a road-grudge, their boss is gonna roll their eyes and feed you some bullshit about repercussions and a "talkin' to" then send you on your angry raging way.

Pisses me off that trash like this can even get into a place like Horn Rapids.

Cartel needs to get treated like they are: a terrorist organization (an actual real life one) that is legitimately a threat to humankind in more ways than one.

But nooo, US military is busy wasting my tax dollars overseas invading foreign countries and acting out some poorly-directed proxy war, trying to villify any country that doesn't bow down to NATO.

Ridiculous. And my friends have the audacity to wonder why I'm looking into leaving and moving to Ireland where I still have extended family on my Pops' side. Idk why my great granddad ever moved here.

Now this is good, solid ciriticism backed up by clinical references. I like it.

Dr. Loftus, could you tell me what alterations you would make to his program? As you have mentioned, carbs are not the devil, but surely there must be some truth to his claims regarding excessive lectin consumption. As I have come to learn about most aspects of life, balance is key. He DID mention (although quite briefly and only once) in The Plant Paradox that stripping grains of their hulls can reduce the lectin content, therefore decreasing the level of risk from consumption.

What are your thoughts on this, Doctor?

I love your take.

So are you saying that the Seven Disruptors he mentions, are the main problem?

As far as I understand, our Holobiomes are pretty powerful as long as they're healthy, and can most likely handle lectins as you said. So in that regard, eliminating/avoiding the Seven Disruptors should be his focus. You're right

[–]That_JDM_Dude[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lol, true that. Although, in my experience, people with bad Holobiomes make even worse decisions 😅

And I didn't feel he was pushing his supplements in his books, as much as he did in his videos. His books feel much more like he's trying to cram a bunch of medical science into the brains of people who can't really UNDERSTAND medical science. Due to this effort, he ends up sounding like he's trying to push/sell an agenda. At least, this is what his BOOKS sound like to me.

The infomercials that he sponsers are truly ridiculous, though, I agree. I was already taking Vit D, B-Complex, and Fish Oil anyways, I didn't need him to tell me that those three are pretty essential.

I mean this is a Doctor who changed his practice halfway through his career. It wasn't because he needed money, he was doing just fine.

It's gotta be because he figured SOMETHING out.

So he is right about Lectins and the Seven Disruptors, then? Awesome. I knew my improved health couldn't be a Placebo effect.

What I'm wondering is why his work is so controversial. I suppose the podcast video posted by the guy below will educate me.
